Parents accept responsibility for school fees as mentioned above. Should any legal action be taken to collect the aforementioned fees, parents undertake to pay the legal fees in addition to school fees and 20% monthly interest. Parents agree to issue a remuneration attachment order if steps are to be taken against them to recover existing fees
No accounts or statements are sent out, except for Trustee purposes or maintenance matters.
Children will not be eligible for next year’s class placement if school fees are not up to date by 1 December
If full school fees are paid for a twelve month period, before the 10th of January of the year, a 10% discount is granted for the first child, and 5% discount for the 2nd and 3rd child.
School fees for one year are payable for 12 months, regardless of whether the month includes a holiday or absence of the child.
Grasslands reserves the right to give a child 3 days notice if an account with more than 14 days is in arrears.
School fees include holiday school and breakfast.
Second and third children receive a 5% discount on school fees.
School fees can only be paid electronically.
School fees are payable in advance, before the first of the following month.
School reports and observation reports are only issued if the school fees are up to date.
